$30 for additional paper on same service, same person
$15 each additional paper
TRO/Protective Order with Citation: $100.00
TRO/Protective Order with Citation and Notice to Appear: $115.00
*Subpoenas: Client must tender witness fees in advance.
Additional Addresses: $25
BASTROP, BELL, BLANCO, BURNET, CALDWELL, HAYS, LEE, and MILAM COUNTIES:
$40 in addition to standard fees

PRIORITY SERVICE:
First attempt within 4 hours - $35
RUSH SERVICE:
First attempt same day papers received - $25
* Fees are negotiable in advance based on number of papers served, number of individuals at same address, number of papers per month or per service. Rush fees are extra.
